They have a lot of normal options you would find at Walmart. Has saved me a lot of money. I can do a whole weeks of grocery shopping for $82 compared to 150 at Walmart.

Wow! Realizing that Ingles sends their rotten refrozen food to their Sav Mor stores. Every item I bought had ice crystals and brown from freezer burn.
