Since graduating with a master’s in social work from Saint Louis University, I have been providing clinical services to children, adults, families, and groups in a variety of settings. I have had the opportunity to work with clients struggling with a variety of behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and general life stresses. Over the years, I have been fortunate to see firsthand the powerful role that therapy can play in helping people to better understand themselves and those around them. I make every effort to ensure my clients are met with empathy, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance. In order to help clients reach their goals, I utilize a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapeutic care. I also integrate components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy into my work with my clients.
