this place was very cozy and homey vibes. all food was delish. i ordered the shrimp mac and cheese and it was a massive plate!! great for sharing and flavorful!

Founded in 2020 Rye Knot is the Asheville reinterpretation of the traditional Pub. Great comfort foods and with an in-house brewery and distillery (a first in the state of NC, BTW). Food was pretty good but it was brought down by the seriously underwhelming drinks. The old fashioned is poor quality and for 15 bucks I would expect at least better than this, as well the rye...

We had the ribeye and the shaved beef sandwich tonight for dinner at the bar. It was the best steak my husband has had out in a while and my sandwich was delicious! Our bartender Mel was very nice...
