We started as a Food truck in 2010 and decided to put down some roots in 2012 to better meet our vision of offering fresh, local food to the community.

Putting our twist on old traditions...food from our Roots using fresh ingredients and locally sourced products as seasonally available. Fresh salads, homemade soups, sandwiches, burgers, and various other entrees to satisfy your cravings. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free free options available upon request.
