When I opened river Brats and big dogs it had frozen bbq from a 3rd party. I started smoking all my own meats and bringing my best hot dogs. I am passionate about food and satisfying my foodies

Specialties

Slow smoked bbq brisket, pulled pork and bratwurst. Delicious burgers and boneless wings. Big dogs and little dogs too. River side deck and picnic tables.
