Dr. Vijay Mandhare started the practice with a mission to provide the best pain management care to patients in chronic pain, the same type of care he would want for his own parents. It is Wake Spine & Pain's mission to relieve pain and help patients reclaim a better quality of life. Over the past 8 years, Wake Spine & Pain has grown to be the leading private pain management practice in the Triangle. While maintaining the small private clinic charm, Wake Spine & Pain now had 5 convenient locations a team of 4 board certified and fellowship trained pain management specialists and 8 mid level providers. Every location continues to provide the same excellent service and compassionate care as the very first clinic Dr. Mandhare established.
