Just came from this office and one of the staff was very rude and ill tempered toward us . I have been going here for years and have never been shouted at and talked to so rudely.

The WORST service. Staff is extremely rude and unorganized. They make appointments (even if you tell them you will call and schedule one later) and don't tell you they've scheduled one or call you...
