The Ellerbe Springs Resort (Inn, Campground & Springhouse Restaurant) is nestled within 42 lush acres waiting for you to explore all of its beauty, history, nature, and magic. Upon entering the property you are greeted by its landmark horse and wagon in the circular driveway that leads to a grand wrap-a-round porch outfitted with multiple areas and swing for you to relax and enjoy spotting hummingbirds, butterflies, deer, and other furry friends on grounds. Once you enter the historic inn (opened originally as Ellerbe's 1st hotel in 1906) you will be transported and delighted to experience the calm and beauty evoked by the Victorian era decor. Guests are often enthralled by the era antiques sprinkled throughout the rooms and the common areas. Each room was individually decorated and painstakenly appointed with lovely period touches to ensure your stay is one of a kind and unforgettably precious! Bring your fishing pole and enjoy the afternoon fishing in the stocked, 5 acre, catch & release lake. Ever thought about camping in an RV? You can visit our 14-site RV campground - Camp Henning - (once owned by the Boy Scouts of America) with full hookups- water, electric, sewage and plan your next camping adventure with us too!
