I preveiously worked for another tax preparation business in North County. I worked there for over 6 years and finally decided to branch out on my own, so... here I am!

Specialties

When it comes to Accounting, I specialize in everything from the ground up. From forming a new organization (Corporations, Partnerships and Not for Profits) to completing annual minutes, applying for Federal and State Identification numbers, completing payroll reports, sales tax reports, worker's compensation reports, financial advising, tax return preparation and more! If it is in regard to a business there are not many things that I do not touch base on. I work with both small scale and large scale businesses; there is no company either to big or too small for me to assist with their needs. If I had to list one specialty it would be preparation of business returns (Schedule C, 1120, 1120S or 1065). I have a special knack for tax return preparation; I ask a ton of questions, nothing gets overlooked and my clients go home happy. Consultations are free for the first 30 minutes.
