The Raleigh Hand Center is one of the premier providers and educators in the prevention and treatment of upper extremity disorders in eastern North Carolina. Founded in 1991, it is an independent medical practice that is located in Raleigh, N.C. The center offers specialized treatment for hand and upper extremity injuries and dysfunction. The Raleigh Hand Center has a team of experienced orthopedic surgeons, hand therapists, nurses and support personnel. It provides a range of diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services. The center treats Carpel Tunnel syndrome, arthritis, Tennis Elbow, hand fractures, ganglion cysts, extensor tendon and nerve injuries, and Dupuytren s and rheumatoid diseases. Raleigh Hand Center also performs reflex sympathetic dystrophy, wrist arthroscopy and various surgery procedures. Its surgeons are the members of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
