Had a urinalysis scheduled at 9:40 and by 10:30 I could not hold it any longer. I told a nurse my situation and she did not seem to care. Took the morning off from work. They were terrible.

terrible system. the kiosk is the only way to check in and it barely functions. It can't scan your driver's license and then after you put in your information manually it tells you the wait time...
