: VSRP was founded by Dr. Charles Betts in May of 1994. Dr. Betts has since retired and our practice has grown to a three surgeon team. Drs Jack Gallagher, Bud Keller and James Clark are board certified veterinary surgical specialists. Our team provides compassionate individualized patient care. We listen carefully to our clients and offer practical recommendations based on our many years of experience in this field. They required a $60 parvo screen for my 24 week old puppy even though she had no symptoms and was vaccinated. They had the records just a corporate money grab since I was there for an emergency....
