History

Debbie, owner of DeBeen Espresso and 709 Interiors was looking for an alternative business to 709 Interiors to open next to the Coffee Shop. She wanted something that would be compatible with the Coffee Shop, that her current customers were actively seeking, and would be of value to the community. The original partners, Katharine Hawks, yoga instructor and long time friend of Debbie's had just moved back to High Point after several years in California and Roz Lambeth had a long history of teaching yoga classes and leading teacher trainings for YogaFit... together the 3 of us built this little studio for our amazing community.

I love this yoga studio. There is a great variety of classes, and has both beginner and intermediate classes. While you're there there's a great coffee shop too.
