The mandatory lock purchase is the "got ya" in the rental. $21.00 for a lock that you probably won't use. Also they rented me a unit with 2 doors and didn't tell me 2 locks would be needed.

The place is ok. The lighting in the road doesn't work have the time. Periodically we will go to find either the entrance or exit gate stuck open. The driveway can flood if there are heavy rains.
