Positivity Project

The Positivity Project is a comprehensive and research-driven program based in Pinehurst, NC that empowers schools and districts to develop positive relationships and character strengths in students. Their easy-to-use resources and daily lessons, which take just 15 minutes a day, help teachers create a common vocabulary and foster self-awareness and empathy in students from Pre-K to 12th grade. Grounded in positive psychology's 24 character strengths, The Positivity Project provides scaffolded definitions, examples, and activities to help students understand and apply these strengths in their lives.

Founded by co-founders Mike and Jeff, who served in active duty for a combined 52 months in Iraq and Afghanistan, The Positivity Project aims to empower people to build positive relationships and become their best selves. Their philosophy is rooted in the belief that the lessons learned in school, such as integrity, humility, bravery, perseverance, self-control, and teamwork, have a lasting impact on individuals.
