Do not rent here. They will offer you the cheapest rate on the shortest term upfront and then when it comes time to renew jack your rate way up even in a market that has dropped substantially.

Trust me you don't want to live there .They are terrible with management and you won't get your deposit back because they will think of things or make up things to allow them to keep your deposit.

If you want your house broken into and run the chance of robberies move here. U get what u pay for and unfortunately this is the case here.
