Daria cut my son's hair and it was his first cut. She was AWESOME! She made a point to give dad bubbles(to entertain toddler) , let me hold on to him and work around me all while cutting his hair...

Horrible experience at the Ballantyne location. Dirty, unprofessional, and did not give me my change after paying in cash! Only one cent, but still! One employee at the front desk came in dressed...

Not sure how they are staying open.. Had an appointment Sunday 6/23, they called asking to change to Monday as they didn't have anyone to be in the store Sunday. Appointment was changed to Monday...

If I could give a zero stars I would, the staff has no patience for the children who are scared. (And it was a 4-5 years old first haircut. )

Shannon was terrific for our 2 year old sons first haircut. She was great with him, he didn't fuss or anything. He choose the hot rod, but they also have a police car and fire truck that kids...
