History

Born & raised in the Metro Washington DC area, Phillip is no stranger to rapid growth & highly competitive housing markets. He cut his teeth in real estate early, buying & selling multiple properties in Northern VA, & has been personally vested in the market since '03. In 2012 he and his family, like so many others, fell in love with North Carolina. They packed up & made Wake County their new home where Phillip has purchased & managed multiple properties in the triangle area. Real estate has always been a personal passion; however, Phillip's professional background was in sales of a different sort. Phillip honed his sales & negotiating skills with one of the world's most prolific brands, Porsche. During the course of his career with Porsche he was consistently top ranked worldwide in both sales & customer service. He's applied the same zeal for relationships, diligence, & tenacious negotiation skills to every aspect of his successful real estate business.
