Philemon House B&B, birthed from the scripture in Philemon 7, is located within walking distance of Elizabeth City's Harbor of Hospitality and attractions. Built in 1950, our home has the historical personality of the district with the updated farmhouse charm of today. We are only an hour's drive from the beaches of Virginia Beach or Outer Banks.
