Took my dog 3 times. Every time there is an excuse why my dog can't be taken care of, with an appointment. Oh and apparently the app doesn't have correct prices or services listed.

Michelle has a terrible attitude. Other than that i always love the help i get from the associates, especially the fish keepers. Would be a 5 star review if it weren't for Michelle's bad attitude.
