History
I started by helping a vegan family prepare meals. Since it has evolved to meal planning, drop offs and small events where a kitchen is availible.
Specialties
I am a Chef based out of Winston Salem North Carolina. I was raised on a 500 acre farm. I grew up cooking, canning, andpreparing. I went to Culinary School in Portland Oregon at Oregon Culinary Institute. I became familar and mastered west coast culinary techniques and vegan/vegetarian ways. All while keeping a southern flair to it.
