A blast from the past! These are the best shaved ice (snowballs) outside of Baltimore. There are at least 50 flavors and infinite combinations. And, there are some sugar free flavors - just ask....

First off, I love unique places. Pelicans is so great and different from your typical cold sweet shop. They serve snow cones!!! I've never been to a place that serves snow cones. What was amazing...

Fast service and lots of flavors. I've been to locations all over and have to say this is the only one that doesn't pack the cups with ice. Other than that it's a nice taste of home
