Gilbert Counseling, Inc. provides individual counseling to adults in the Raleigh area. Joe is a NC Licensed Professional Counselor and a mindfulness meditation teacher. In addition to providing counseling services, Joe offers donation-based meditation instruction to individuals and groups.

Established in 2004, B & D Behavioral Health Services is a nonprofit medical center that provides a variety of mental health care solutions for individuals of all ages. It specializes in the areas of medication, psychological assessment, case management, and individual and group psychotherapy. The center offers diagnostic, dementia screening, neuropsychological evaluation, mental health assessment and achievement testing services. It additionally provides treatment solutions for patients with vocational distress, behavioral disorders, and sexual deviances and aggressions. The center offers counseling and therapy services in cases related to substance and sexual abuse for individuals and their families. It also provides pharmacological outpatient services for adults and children. In addition, B & D Behavioral Health Services offers behavioral intervention, modeling, redirection and anticipatory guidance services.

Aspire Counseling Group is a therapy practice with locations in Durham and Raleigh. Our counselors provide emotional and behavioral therapy for a broad range of issues from depression to parenting support, anxiety relief and more. We now also offer online and telehealth sessions for remote therapy.
