Brannen Edge and Bill Transou represented Flagship Capital Partners while Bucky Tarleton of Colliers-Keenan represented the seller, Hotzfam Trusts. Rob Vaughn of GrandBridge Real Estate Capital helped arrange financing through BB&T Real Estate Funding. The property was purchased under a joint venture agreement between Flagship Capital Partners, LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina and Alex. Brown Realty, Inc ( ABR ), of Baltimore, Maryland. ABR Chesapeake Fund III, a value-added real estate investment fund sponsored by ABR, provided an equity commitment of $1.6 million to the venture.
