White Plains Children s Center (WPCC) was founded in 1982 as part of the outreach ministry of White Plains United Methodist Church in Cary, N.C. The community center serves as an inclusive developmental day center. White Plains Children s Center has partnerships with Wake County Public Schools to provide special education services for children 3 to 5 of age years. It has four full-time classes, serving children 12 months to 5 years. Additionally, the center has one part-time class, serving 2 year olds.
