Parker Physical Therapy was established in September 1993 serving the Charlotte community. We are a private outpatient facility specializing in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation, as well as other services. We work one on one with out patient achieving goals customized to the specific needs of each patient. We work with the referring physician by communicating as part of a team.
