Went on 5/29/25 and the lady working the drive thru window at lunch was super sweet and make sure I had my order correct. First time at this location and my order was quick, correct, and good.

Dining room is closed. No way to access it on foot. While the employee tried to help us we could not be served. Seems like Panera as a whole is taking a dive into a hole.

Terrible experience here! Placed an online catering order. Staff member walked it out and put it in my car. The lid to the 1/2 gallon sweet tea wasn't in correctly. Not only did the liquid spill...

Morning shift doesn't know how to slice bagels. Very pathetic service. They were out of croissants so I got a bagel, regret it. Definitely not worth the price.
