One Medical Seniors - High Point is open and seeing patients in the Seattle community by appointment only. We are welcoming new patients and are seeing patients and in-person and virtually when deemed medically necessary. One Medical Seniors - High Point is a primary care physician's practice dedicated to and designed especially for seniors on Medicare. We know that when you invest in relationships with people, you can help them live happier and healthier lives. That's why at One Medical Seniors, patients get a provider and care team dedicated to their care. Together the team spends more time with patients to address their questions and concerns and listens to understand their health goals.

Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I partner with my patient in determining the best courses of treatment and care. Striving to utilize true science and evidenced based practice methods while decreasing overall medication burden and offering natural alternatives, (when possible) is a passion. I have cared for patients from 14 to 104 and enjoy every stage of life and every unique individual I have the honor of caring for. Having been a nurse practitioner for 16 years, and a registered nurse for 11 years before this, I have cared for a wide range of chronic and acute illnesses. My background has been in cardiology, day surgery, home health, student health at HPU, internal medicine, telehealth, and geriatrics.
