Experience North Carolina’s newest waterfront campground, Outer Banks West KOA. Located in Currituck, N.C., roughly halfway between Chesapeake, VA. and Kitty Hawk, enjoy breathtaking views of Currituck Sound and over a half mile of shoreline. Newly renovated bathhouses with laundry facilities provide all the comforts of home. There’s fun for the whole family with a variety of onsite amenities and our activities staff are on hand to make sure there’s never a dull moment. There’s plenty to do on the water, too. Head over to one of our 5 piers for fishing and crabbing or launch your boat for even more adventure. Our 7,500 sq. ft. recreation and events space accommodates groups of all sizes and our onsite Group Coordinator is here to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish. This KOA is 24 miles from H2OBX and is close to shopping and dining in Currituck, Coinjock and Grandy
