From a 2020 spawned “burger slide” created by George Motz aka Motzburger, the legendary Celebrity & Burger Scholar, the love for the Fried Onion Burger was born. We chased Motzburger around the country from Smorgasburg to the Brooklyn burger slide during Quarantine. We couldn't get enough of this burger. We started watching George Motz & The Burger Scholar Sessions on YouTube and making them ourselves at bbq’s and large gatherings. People couldn't resist the tantalizing combination of savory beef, crispy fried onions, and a touch of nostalgia. Encouraged by the overwhelmingly positive response, we made a pivotal decision to transform our love for the Fried Onion Burger into a full-fledged burger restaurant. The fried onion burger was invented in Oklahoma in 1920 during The Great Depression. Onions were cheap and beef was expensive so people started adding onions to their burgers to cut down on costs. Fast forward a century later and the fried onion burger is still a highly sought-after bite that has expanded way beyond Oklahoma! The Fried Onion burger that's featured in food festivals around the world is now here in Wilmington, North Carolina!

Foods good in abundance for us. Kids meal are generous. Fries are good what more does a person want, good food and good company at its simplest form.

A double cheeseburger with onion rings is fit for a king. Don't forget the sweet potato wedges with cinnamon. Add a 12oz shake for dessert.
