Says they do shaves, but when I called about my beard they say they don't do those now....need to update their information

The old man is hard of hearing. It took several tries to get him to understand what I wanted. I asked for my head to be shaved and he buzzed it to 1/4 inch. I asked for my beard to be cut to one...
