No refunds, for any reason and they charge your whole visit up front. Extra fees for everything - kids over 12 count as adults ($), fee for a firepit.. Things you don't think of when booking....

Beautiful and clean. But not kid friendly. They charge for everything! If you have a visitor they are going to pay. Just to have my mom visit to see the kids we had to pay. You even pay for a fire...
