Once they take a deposit they don't budge. They don't do refunds or credits. If you give a deposit for a month's service ay for example about $300 at the time of this review you will not get that...

We spent our first time RV-ing with the KOA Holiday in New Bern. The entire process was great, thanks to the staff! Anita, Megan, and her husband were so nice and answered all of our questions....
