History

My business began very informally as requests by friends and neighbors, but is now listed with a B&B service.

It's a private room in a private historic home built in what was once my great-grandfather's backyard. He had a sail making business on the canal that was part of what is now Middle Street. The house is less than a block from the river and located in the center of the 300 year old historic district. It's within walking distance of the marinas, shops and many civil war and earlier landmarks. The room has a very comfortable queen-sized bed, an armoire, chest-of-drawers and two arm-chairs with foot stools. And exciting news, my little town is already listed in most of the
