Neal is an amazing artist! Since I'm not that creative, I usually just trust him and tell him to do whatever he wants and I'm never less than impressed! He has a great down-to-earth personality...

Unprofessional about customer concerns. Like a delicate artist that won't even listen to a client about prior styling and processes used before.
