Very Very slow in responding. They miss their scheduled appointments, with no courtesy calls to say they can't make the appointment. Very disappointing.

I wouldn't wish this company on a enemy ! They don't return calls on a claim for over a Month. Still waiting since the end of May and it's July. They take your money and won't PAY THE CLAIM....

Zero if possible or even negative. Extremely poor customer service and would not refund RV insurance when RV was sold.
