HistorySince 2003 I have worked and operated as an independent fine artist. Showing and selling nationally. I have recently sold pieces internationally. During this time one of my outlets was physical training and long distance running. Due to the great recession of 2008 I decided to diversify my profession, and in 2010 became a certified fitness trainer. This led me into adding a certification in boxing fitness, and stretch therapy. It occurred to me in 2015 to design a brand for myself to include all my passions, and use these skills to help others while making money. ArtFit Form was born!SpecialtiesArtfit Form Inc. provides visual and physical wellness in the community. Art and Fitness are two of my passions, so I've brought them together under one roof! I'm a professional artist, personal fitness trainer, and stretch therapist. I strive to provide the best service whether it's fine art, fitness, or flexibility.
