It was raining. It was cold. Walker was closed when I arrived, late by about 10 minutes. I had been sent here by another place down the road who suggested Walker could fix my neighbor's wiper...

If you don't care about the quality of the parts or the advice you get, you can go anywhere. If you care about these things around carborro/chapel hill then come to NAPA.
