My Cup Overflows was started in the Spring of 2015 as a family-owned business. This local-owned business is ran by a mother-daughter duo.Between the two (20), we have 75 years of culinary experience. We have a passion for cooking old Fashion Soul Food and serving.

We are a Raleigh based Food Truck specializing in Nana's Chicken Salad, Chick 'N Que, Pulled Pork BBQ, Italian sausage, Hot Dogs, Quesadillas, Fried Bologna, and many other Southern dishes. Catering in Raleigh has been a passion of ours since the beginning. We create everything from appetizers to hors d'oeuvres, picnics to wedding meals, and food platters to desserts.
