I came to the museum of regional history today for a book festival. Its a great, old building, well kept, and beautiful. There are amazing exhibits, trains, trucks, Mayberry, etc. Plenty to see...

For a Small town this is Loaded with HISTORY!!! Walk through at your own pace! Enjoyed reading all the information on the beautiful displays created!!

I love local Museum but this one blows you away Both local history and great Paleotology. Walk in and pay your very low entrance fee and you're in for a great experience. I love museums that...

A great look into what life has been like in this region throughout history. I grew up in Mt. Airy but I had not been to the museum since taking a field trip in school about 15 years ago now....
