Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services located at 245 Hariston St Danville ,Virginia was created in 1972 by a joint resolution of Danville City Council and the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors, is the Community Services Board that provides mental health, intellectual disability, substance abuse, and prevention services to the citizens of our City and County. In Fiscal Year 2012, our Agency served 5,599 different individuals through its behavioral health and intellectual disability divisions of service. An additional 5,590 individuals were involved in the Agency's prevention programs.

Winston-Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) facility. MAT, which combines the use of medication and counseling, can benefit adults age 18 and older who are struggling with an opioid addiction. Adults who choose MAT at Winston-Salem CTC receive a prescription for methadone or buprenorphine to help them manage the uncomfortable physical symptoms of withdrawal. Winston-Salem CTC encourages adults to actively participate in the therapeutic component of MAT, which includes individual and group counseling sessions. The combination of medication and counseling can help adults prepare for a future free from opioid use.

Structure House is a residential weight loss program for adults age 18 and older. Located in Durham, North Carolina, Structure House provides comprehensive, personalized care to help adults achieve their weight loss goals. Our residential weight loss program also includes help for people who have been struggling with binge eating, compulsive overeating, diabetes, and related concerns. Structure House is not a fat camp. Our live-in weight loss program is a supportive and respectful place where adults work with compassionate professionals. The weight loss programs at Structure House incorporate research-based, evidence-supported services, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), medical care, nutrition guidance, and fitness coaching.
