Food + collard greens were good + fried chicken was decent - pork was way too minced and tough - Mac and cheese was served room temperature and was bland, worst Mac and cheese I've had in years....

Well they must have been running out of barbecue because there was barely enough to cover the bread on my sandwich. It's never been like that at Smithfield's and that's where I will be eating...

They catered a dinner we had at the Havelock Tourist Center. We had barbecue, potato salad, baked beans, hush puppies, and barbecue chicken. The food was delicious, and the guys serving tonight...

Food was nothing to write home about. Pork was too minced. Like tuna fish can minced. Hush puppies were generic. Fried chicken Was good.
