Great gym ran by great folks! Was in town for work and dropped in for a quick class. The facility is excellent. It is apparent they have an excellent gym culture as everyone was very welcoming....

I have been to many crossfit gyma and this one is the only one i feel at home at. The coaches take their time and make sure everyone is doing the right movements and continue to do their best....
