Greensboro's home for flowing yoga, yin yoga & meditation practices! Our classes include Ashtanga, Vinyasa (Flow and Power Yoga), Yin Yoga and Insight Meditation for all levels of skill & experience. You will find our classes share the wisdom of yoga's eight-limbed path and guide you through a focused, mindful practice with a warm lightheartedness. We don't take ourselves too seriously and there are no strangers here - everyone is welcome. Our studio is located at 2915 G Battleground Ave in Battleground Village adjacent to EarthFare. Traditional Yoga for Modern Times!
