Miguel A. Materin, MD

I am a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology and a specialist in Ocular Oncology. My clinical practice involves the diagnosis and treatment of patients with ocular tumors, including benign and malignant tumors of the eye. I am recognized for my skills and compassion, having worked for more than 20 years in the field of Ocular Oncology. I have published research findings in peer-reviewed journals and am internationally recognized as a visiting professor and lecturer in the field. I have been recognized by the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) with their Achievement Award and is an active member of the International Society of Ocular Oncology. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
