Please do yourself a favor and do not get involved with this company. They don't take care of the properties they manage and they simply ignore calls/emails regarding important maintenance issues.

I would not recommend this company to manage your properties. Submitted an emergency maintenance request that was not responded to or addressed for over a week, despite numerous calls and emails....

This company is unethical. They do not maintain properties. Most of the staff is rude and uncaring, when uncalled for. They charged us for damage that we fixed, and the charge was outrageous....
