Established in 2003, Top Priority Care Services is a Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency (CABHA) certified wellness center, offering a host of services to individuals pertaining to developmental disabilities, behavioral problems and mental health issues. Based in Winston Salem, N.C., it offers services for mental conditions to adults, adolescents and children, among others.
