the paper's local info is pretty good. but do not subscribe unless you think it is worth $29 per month. cancelation is an angering chore. you will have to call and argue with a butthead in india...

McDowell News is a RIP and SCAM!!!! They sell you on a 1.50 online subscription and then charge you 24.99 I will never read or subscribe to your paper again!!!
