30 minutes for coffee? 5 black girls were standing around yelling and screaming. Wouldn't make the coffee. Just kept saying stay patient. There wasn't a supervisor on duty. So rude! So slow.

This place is worst by the week I don't even know why anyone ever comes back here. If there is nowhere else to go I guess....ordered a Big Mac meal with a large fries and coke...seems simple...

Ever since I started using the mobile app things have gotten better here. Quarter pounder with cheese has improved. Burgers are not dry and tasteless as once before.
