I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 25 minutes, only to receive warm food and a Big Mac missing cheese--how do you mess up the most iconic item on the menu? This has to be the worst McDonald's...

I came to get a simple order in the drive thru , there were 7 cars in total and I have been waiting for 40 minutes and still have not had my order taken, this is location needs to step it up...

This place is terrible, the staff are lazy the manager seems lost and the general manager is downright rude will never go back
